Main Role Duties:

• In line with approved methods, carrying out repairs to restore vehicles to their original condition
• Carrying out all repairs in line with manufacturer standards, including stripping/refitting, panel repair, masking
• Ensuring that all Company documentation is accurately completed, and that all Company procedures are followed
• Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadline and ensure workshop efficiency

As a Panel Beater, you will be conducting cosmetic repairs in line with our company standards, utilising modern equipment and techniques. You will take pride in what you do and working closely with your team.

The Person:

• Experience in using dent pulling equipment
• Developing and maintaining professional and positive working relationships with colleagues
• Work to the high standards set by our customers

We are currently recruiting for a permanent ASAD Calibration Technician to work for a large automotive client based in the Chipping Warden area.

Previous experience within the automotive industry would be beneficial but not essential

Details

• Full training provided so experience not essential just a desire to learn
• £28,000 per year basic salary
• 4 ON 4 OFF rota basis 6am till 6pm (meaning weekends will be required)
• Hours equates to an average of 40.25 hours a week

Duties

• Carry out all aspects of ADAS programming / calibrations.
• Carry out all diagnostic functions & repairs.
• Conduct full examinations of vehicles and identify relevant faults with ASAD systems.
• Maybe required to carry out vehicle road testing for diagnosis and to test repairs.
• Gain any appropriate authorisation if additional work is required on a vehicle.
• Build and maintain a high level of technical competence for diagnosing vehicles.
