Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking for a new role with a fantastic family run business?

What they are offering:

• Full Time/permanent
• £30,000 - £42,000 per year. (Dependent on experience)
• Fantastic and achievable performance bonus
• Monday – Friday (8:30am - 6pm)
• Saturday mornings will be required on a rota basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out services on all makes and models of vehicles
• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles - such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation
• Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment
• General maintenance and repairs
• Brakes checks and changes (pads and discs)
• MOT Testing if you have the required certification
• Suspension work
• Repairs on lights
• Repairing and replacing exhausts
• Repairing and replacing clutches
• Dealing with gearboxes
• MOT prep and Post MOT repairs
• Wheel alignment
• Repairing and replacing steering racks
• Plan and keep up to date records of repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
• Test the functionality of parts and systems once repairs are completed

Vehicle Technician Requirements:

• MUST have an NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI certifications required to Level 2 or Level 3 accepted with a minimum of 3 years services
• Hold a full valid UK driving licence.
• MOT Test certificate - Beneficial but not essential
• F Gas accreditation desirable but not essential
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles essential but not essential.
• Previous garage experience required
