What you can expect as a Bodyshop Manager:

• Full Time / Permanent
• Starting at £45,000 - £55,000

The Role of a Bodyshop Manager:

• To manage the activities of staff members to achieve targets, plans and budgets
• To identify and improve customer service levels
• To have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies
• To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with our manufacturing partners, insurance companies and accident management company
• To provide reports on all activities with weekly forecasting & annual budgets
• To manage accounts in Cutol including GP KPI’s and accurate cost control using DRIVE
• To implement cash debt and WIP policies
• To create effective marketing campaigns & keep DRIVE updated
• To ensure every estimate and all paint stocks are controlled and margins are maximised

What we're looking for:

• You must have experience managing in a Bodyshop.
• You must have knowledge of the body repair processes and safety procedure required for vehicles
• You will have proven leadership & managerial skills
• You will have strong business acumen with the ability to monitor the production process
• You will have good administration and IT skills
• You will have a full and valid UK Driving Licence
