Job Description
What you can expect as a Senior Vehicle Technician:
- 42.5 – 45 hours a week
- Monday - Friday + alternating Saturdays
- 8am to 5:30pm with 1 hour break
- Alternating Saturdays 8am-1pm
- Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 - Dependent on experience and qualifications
- Individual time save bonus at 95% efficiency
- UNCAPPED Individual Time Save Bonus
- Performance related SUPER bonus up to £4000
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

The Role of a Senior Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out services on specific makes and models of vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles - such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation
- Identify issues with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment
- General maintenance and repairs
- Brakes checks and changes (pads and discs)
- Suspension work
- Repairs on lights
- Repairing and replacing exhausts
- Repairing and replacing clutches
- Dealing with gearboxes
- Plan and keep up to date records of repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
- Test the functionality of parts and systems once repairs are completed
Senior Vehicle Technician Requirements:
- NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI certifications required to Level 3 or Level 2 accepted with a minimum of 5 years services
- Hold a full valid driver license with no major driving convictions - DD, DR, IN
- Previous dealership experience within the specific brand required
