Job Overview:
As a Mobile Multi Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across multiple sites in the Leicester area

Multi Skilled Technician

  • Basic Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 per year
  • Bonus Available
  • Monday - Friday - 45 hours a week
  • 1 in 4 Saturdays might be required on an as and when need basis
  • Van provided

Key Responsibilities of a Multi Skilled Technician:

  • Carry out a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation work.
  • Paint spraying
  • Panel Beating
  • Mechanical, electrical and trim work
  • Must be fully versed in all areas of vehicle accident repairs
  • Diagnose and fix issues across various systems and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service while on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
  • Manage and prioritize workloads effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements of a Multi Skilled Technician:

  • Must have a valid NVQ/City & Guilds/IMI/ATA Level 3 Qualification in Paint Spraying, Panel Beating or MET would be essential
  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Technician or similar role within the Vehicle Accident Repair industry
  • Strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines Paint Spraying, Panel Beating and MET Technician
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across different locations within Leicester area
